Our flagship service is MOPEC (Member Owned Private Equity Cooperative).
It is very similar to a warehouse club (e.g. Costco, Sam's Club) membership - subscription gives you access to investment opportunities at wholesale prices.
Additionally (and unlike a warehouse club), this is a member-owned cooperative (governed by the member-owners).
Planning
There are sophisticated financial/investment plans for billionaires, and generic plans for everyone else. Wall Street (including the big banks and other large financial services companies) will offer you the generic plans. Our PECS compares with the best sophisticated plans currently available to billionaires only.
Strategy
It's not as complicated as it would ordinarily seem. The playing field is not level - the rules of the game are rigged in favour of the owners & managers of large income producing assets (control of the asset is the key). Not everyone has access to their sophisticated tools and financial vehicles - the PECS levels the playing field for Main Street folks (those who depend on their work - rather than their capital - for a living)
Results
When Wall Street sells financial products & services, there are 2 types of results. SMART (Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Time-Based) results for the wealthiest 0.01% - offering yields well above the inflation rate. For everyone else, poor (at best, flat) results - yields less than or about equal to the inflation rate. Our PECS offers members the same (above inflation yields) SMART, sophisticated results currently available to only the wealthiest 0.01%
